"Quality is not an act, it is a habit"
Quality and not quantity in life!👌🏻
This is such a problem for a lot of us in our fast💨 paced multi-tasking digital environments where the amount of things we collect seems like it should bring us happiness. Happiness by brute force doesn't work so well. It makes our lives more chaotic I think.
I was thinking about the quantity thing this morning as I was caught in the middle of doing ten things. I used to put a lot of stock in multi-tasking, mostly because my job at one point seemed to require a level or ability to work on many things at once. In the end this only made me more frustrated 😣and my life more chaotic. As a result, I would end up having a bunch of unfinished projects. Does this sound common to anyone? What a bad habit to get into and its constantly something that needs to be put in timeout🛑 as it comes up! This picture here was from a trip to Hawaii, where there is so much quantity of beauty, but so much quality too.
Take the time to focus 👈on one thing at a time. Don't miss the sunrise! Give the people around you the attention they deserve and really focus on quality life experiences rather than quantity! I think this is one of the main keys to life happiness!!😁
